Jessica at Bare Your Soul custom designed me a 6 treatment program with her, and at-home stretches daily. Within the first two sessions I felt dramatic improvements. By the end of 6 I was back to hiking and biking. Jessica was very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend her.
