We went the next week in the middle of the week. It was not busy at all, and the atmosphere was much more pleasant. The kitchen wasn't busy at all. Cooks were standing around doing nothing for most of the time we were there. One was practicing throwing dough (a good thing.)We ordered two pizzas. One of them came to us with the crust badly burned. It was blatantly obvious, but apparently the cooks nor the server noticed, or they thought we wouldn't notice. When we pointed it out to the server, she acted like she was doing us a favor by taking the burnt item off our bill! Not acceptable.

Excellent 5star food in a great little town. The service was outstanding. Truly one of my favorite dinner experiences ever. We are buying a home here and plan to make Ciao Mambo a regular haunt! So many more things on the menu that we want to try. We had the spinach salad (warning: in spite of the really reasonable price tag, this is a meal salad or meant to be shared by 4!). The carbonara was amazing but rich. A creamy sauce that wasn’t expected but still delicious.
Amazing food, nice presentation and outstanding service!! Julia was our server and did an exceptional job of making certain our dining experience was positive. We will definitely go back this week while we are on vacation and will recommend it to others.

Always a wait to get in and tables and diners are crammed into a very small space. Very noisy. Wait staff seems hurried and frustrated having to maneuver around diners and tables. Kitchen is too small and cooks are practically on top of each other. Granted, it was Friday night, and very busy. Our food was delicious on this visit.
I would highly recommend Ciao Mambo to anyone in the area. We sat at the bar which was a great option. We got to watch the chefs cook which was a great experience; they took a lot of care to make the plates look beautiful. Hunter was working on apps today and he talked to us for the night and kept us entertained. He was so incredibly nice and helpful. Theresa was our server tonight. Again, absolutely incredible. She took the time to answer all of my needless, random questions happily. The food was absolutely incredible but the staff was amazing.

We've been to Ciao Mambo several times now and apparently either the atmosphere sucks or the food does. They just can't seem to get it right. This time they've lost our business for good.
This is a cute little place with a warm, authentic atmosphere. Good background music, too. The food speaks for itself. We made a great choice!
