Worst ever experience!!!! They claim they will help but push u to a primary dr.....and then won't give u meds. Awesome system!!
Called this place to get some information on a simple procedure and cost. The way I was treated on the phone was absolutely obsured. Agent quoted me a range of price for a simple new patient exam but could not explain why or if there might be a difference of over 100% in the price. When i continued to ask questions she literally sighed at me and said I don't know what else to say. How about explaining what my charges might be. I am not about to spend a lot of money on something if you can't even tell me how much it might be. I had already spoken with numerous other clinics and had no problem getting detailed quotes with medical coding numbers.
I walked in to be seen by someone who could help me. I needed to be seen urgently but was told because they weren’t my current “provider” I needed to go to my midwife. I don’t understand why call your business “walk ins” if you won’t see new patients that don’t have you listed on the portal. Utter waste of my time!
Cheer up, front desk, you have a steady job with a better income than most in the Flathead Valley. Quit treating people based on your own personal issues.
Plus receptionist was rude. Didn’t smile once and made me feel like an idiot coming there to get medical help.
I left GMA about a year ago due to continual poor experiences with scheduling and front desk. After calling today to confirm I could be seen though they are not my Medicaid passport provider, I went in for urgent care. Today is 10/3/2017. The elder of the 2 women at the desk “helped” me. My suggestion after my short interaction with her is this; if you are in the profession of welcoming patients, remember that many patients you sign in are in pain. ALL patients that walk through that door are reaching out for help. All patients that are seen at GMA are the only reason you get a paycheck. Your customer service is horrible at best. I left feeling like this woman was so annoyed at A-me not having an ID on my person, B-my active toddler, C-me not being seen for a while there, and D-the fact that I came in the door in pain without an appt and I’m not a regular patient.
Stay away if you value your money, time, health or if you would like to be treated with some respect and courtesy.
LOVE this office, the staff is super friendly and helpful.... the building is clean, and the doctors are speedy and thorough. I've never had to sit in the waiting room very long before being seen.
