I bought a 2006 Dodge Ram 1500. Turned out it needed work done to it. I took it here to Don K as i felt that Dodge should be the go to people. I was wrong. They held my truck for 2 weeks and didnt even replace the part, just repaired it and charged me over $700 for this. It wasnt an engine issue as it was the needle on my RPM that was broken. Now I was also purchasing other stuff like new floor mats(which they just threw in the backseat), mudflaps, and a new remote key. I was quoted originally $140 for the key and $60 for programming. They charged me $190 for the key. Obviously im upset here as im writing this review. I could have gotten eveything done somewhere else for cheaper and quicker. I will definitely remember this and hope you all read and think before going here.

On vacation from California,had a problem with my dodge truck. Brought truck in Wednesday afternoon ,part had to be ordered and came in Friday afternoon Bob and Tim took great care of me. Truck was repaired in1hr and I was on my home Saturday morning
