Breathtaking camping spot with excellent, well-treed sites and an absolutely spectacular lake. Crystal clear water and smooth rocks are characteristic of the lake that is walled in by massive sheer cliffs. 20 minutes from Whitefish.
First of all you got to find it,could make use of better signage.The camp site attendee was not very informative.If you like a lot of dirt and dust when people drive by your camp site by all means this is the place for you.
Great place. No hook ups. Way off the beaten path, but well worth it. Inexpensive, good hosts, on the lake with some good hiking trails nearby.
Beautiful place with beach, numerous nature options. Good campsites, also has Pavilion and meadow for reservation
Note the road in and out is quite rough; many very severe potholes and large rocks. An SUV or truck is advised, and if you're driving behind someone, dents and cracks in your windshield are probably likely.
