They screwed up on filling a prescription already once before. And because of their clerical error I had to wait longer than I should have or need it to. They admitted it was their fault then. And today, I called to make sure my prescription was ready at 3 PM and the woman said they're closing in two minutes and so I was not able to pick it up. Thanks to them, I will be without a much-needed prescription throughout the weekend. If I had known any of this I would have filled my prescription at Walgreens and will from here on out.
