This place is great! Very friendly staff. I came here on vacation in July and decided to bring along my huge down sleeping bag to have cleaned. I didn't trust anyone in Chicago to do it and thought they might clean things like this regularly. They did an amazing job. Bag came out very clean and added a significant amount of loft. They definitely know what they are doing! Thanks again!
I have used Naturally Clean extensively and always been happy with their work. They also have a service for alterations on fur coats. it is very difficult to find someone that works on furs. Their service did an excellent job on 2 of mine, at a reasonable cost.
I've only been once. Friendly service, clean new space. Wasn't aware of tag system that diagnosed issues with one garment; therefore only noticed after I left. Crease in pants were a bit of a shock. Cleaners haven't put a crease in my pants for years (?). Loved the extra large and sturdy hanger used for my blanket!
