Good oils and vinegar. Decently priced as well, however i'm not creative enough to know how to mix these oils to make a fantastic combo. Thankfully the staff is there, they're extremely helpful.
The oils are amazing, the staff is kind and knows what they are talking about. It's a fun, interesting, and tasty learning experience. My wife and I will never buy olive oil or balsamic vinegar from any other store ever again. I highly recommend this place!! You won't regret it!! ;)
First met these guys at a farmers market and made me a deal when they were out of what I wanted. Went into whitefish to check them out, left with several more bottles. Its pretty standard for vinegar and oil store as far as prices (its expensive). So many delicious oils and balsamic! and they will give you tips on how to use them.
We go here to get all the oils and vinegars that we use to cook with. Once you experience the high quality of oils Genesis carries, you will never buy that low grade stuff sold in all the grocery stores. They also have a great selection of seasoning blends that have enhanced several meals we have cooked!
