Billing department is absolutely terrible. We have waited months to have our credit refunded. We have been in the office multiple times to see if our insurance has been billed so we can receive part of the $700 payment we submitted last summer and every time we have been told that we will be contacted because the billing lady is out. After 6 months we have not received any calls except to confirm appointments. Totally unacceptable.
