This place has some of the rudest sales staff around. All they pretty much do is gawk on the phone the whole time your there, look you up and down and offer no assistance. Ive given this place numerous times to redeem its self and it just gets worse and worse every time, Im done. Ive purchased 3 pairs of Frye boots and 6 pairs of jeans online that could of easily been purchased there if they just would of done their job. Avoid at all costs!
The staff were very friendly, helped us find exactly what we wanted, and offered to wrap out purchase. They did an amazing job! Best looking package under the tree! Thank you ladies, and Merry Christmas! :)
I agree with the reviewer who commented on the rude sales staff. They act like they can't be bothered most of the time. I don't know if it's a coincidence, but the better dressed I am when I go there the more attentive they are. Trust me ladies. I have the same amount of money whether I'm dressed for a formal affair or I'm dressed for a trip to the barn. The staff at this shop definitely doesn't fit in with the friendly, non-judgmental people of Whitefish. It's a shame--I'm a fan of Frye boots and I so wanted to love this shop.
Always helpful and willing to go the extra step in service for me or teenager looking to get a proper fit.
