We attended First while vacationing in Kalispell. The pastor is fairly new to the church and the message he preached was compassionate and caring. His treated the text well, and was honest and vulnerable in his delivery. As we prayed with him afterwards, we look forward to seeing how God will move and change his people for His honor and glory. Looking forward to visiting with them again when we return to the area.
I attend this church faithfully. Love the people here. Friendly and outgoing. It holds true to General Association of Baptist beliefs. If you want to grow in your knowledge of God through teaching and sharing then this is your church. We would love to have you visit!
Went to this church several years ago. My father actually designed the new place (unfortunately they took the designs, removed him from the project then didn't pay him and gave his designs to another to build.) Theologically they are bankrupt and blind. I was told after I had a theological disagreement that no matter what I had looked up in the Bible I simply didn't understand and was willful. Not a church to ever have independent thought in. There is no happiness here, only the angry self-loathing of of the damned as they claw at each others heels, dragging themselves back into a morass of banal ineptitude.
