Price: Good. The rental rates were comparable to other agencies. Just be careful what you are agreeing to in the contract.
Staff went above and beyond to ensure a smooth pickup and drop off outside of normal business hours. 10/10
Keep copies and/or take pictures of everything in case you need to dispute charges.
Vehicle: Good. The car we rented was in good condition and met our needs.
Service: Excellent and Poor. We called the office multiple times during our trip for various reasons and the woman we spoke to was always friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, after our trip we were charged almost three times the correct amount and did not receive an invoice or receipt. Budget reduced the charge to twice as much on their own but it took multiple phone calls (many of which went unanswered) to fix the problem.
I love that they're right on sight with my car pulled up to the curb.
